Running the campaign himself, Justin struggled to keep up with the ever changing landscape and found his Google Shopping campaign delivering a negative ROAS and the business was suffering. Justin approached me to review the performance and make recommendations which included: 

-migrate and test new campaign types and creatives

-set up robust tracking and enhanced conversions

-improve the landing pages and user experience

-utilise a supplemental shopping feed to allow for better optimisation

-utilise scripts for advanced data analysis 

3 months in the campaign is now delivering a 9 X ROAS and Justin is booked up for several weeks ahead and well on his way to achieving his revenue goals 🚀. Next we are planning to scale the Google account and throw some META ads in for good measure.
