The Challenge

Elite Construction approached me in the early stages of the business, having recently invested in a new website but with no active lead generation strategy in place.

The goal was to generate consistent, high-quality local enquiries for home extensions and quickly build momentum in a competitive market.

The Approach

We started by ensuring the foundations were strong — focusing on conversion and accurate tracking before scaling traffic.

Key actions included:

-Implementing CRO improvements to maximise enquiry rates

-Setting up full conversion tracking across calls and form submissions

-Building a highly targeted Google Search campaign focused on local, high-intent keywords

-Developing compelling, conversion-focused ad copy aligned with customer intent

As performance gained traction, we expanded into Meta Ads to support further growth. This included using AI-driven creatives to showcase completed projects, backed by strong testimonials and clear calls to action.

The Results

  • 20 high-quality leads generated within the first 4 months

For a brand-new business, this has provided a strong and consistent pipeline of enquiries — helping to rapidly build momentum and establish credibility in the local market.

The Outcome

The success of the campaigns has enabled Elite Construction to scale quickly, with plans already underway to expand the team to meet increasing demand.
